School Grounds

The school conservation area is used by everyone in the school. We have two ponds, a tree zone, and our school gardening club maintains all our tubs, planters, hanging baskets and beds. We have a school vegetable patch within our grounds that all our children can get involved with.

Our grounds have a variety of sculptures in them, here you can see a close up of one of our glass sculptures.

Our school is very close to the River Severn.

In the picture you can see one of the old putchers

which used to be used to catch salmon from the river.

We used a grant to work with a local forge in order to design, create and make this metal sculpture based on a buoy which can usually be seen from our school grounds in the Severn.
